At Froebel's, we believe in the power of community and collaboration. Our educational approach is built on the understanding that when we work together, we accomplish more than we ever could alone.
The traits we value are encoded in our school identity:
Veritas et Virtus (Truth and Virtue)
Blue representing trust, wisdom, confidence, sincerity and serenity; White symbolizing light, goodness and purity
The Stallion, embodying intelligence, strength, determination and dignity
From humble beginnings in 1975—just 10 students and 4 teachers in a portion of a house—to our golden jubilee in 2025, Froebel's International School has flourished while staying true to our founder's vision. For half a century, we've cultivated confident, articulate thinkers who positively impact their world. Today, our network spans 8 campuses across 3 cities with over 400 educators, serving students from age 3 through A Levels. Though we've grown tremendously, our philosophy remains unchanged: providing a balanced education that develops both academic excellence and strong character. Our dynamic educators, committed students, supportive parents, and dedicated staff have created an extraordinary legacy of achievement. Student societies, extracurricular activities, internships, and community service demonstrate our commitment to developing the whole person. As we celebrate fifty remarkable years, we honour all who have contributed to this journey and look forward to continuing our tradition of excellence.
What's the Froebel's vibe? Stand anywhere on any campus and close your eyes. You will feel the positive energy and hear the hum of purposeful activity, the buzz of friendships, the cheers and laughter. Our students form a close-knit community with the remarkable ability to embrace newcomers, leaving no one out of their circle of camaraderie.
Froebelians have a voice that deserves to be heard. Students are encouraged to speak up about areas for improvement or change. Their ideas and opinions flow through our decision-making process. Our administration and faculty maintain open channels for respectful discussion, debate, and suggestions. Students learn to address authority, speak confidently and politely, be creative, take pride in the changes they initiate, while developing resilience when facing disappointment.
Froebelians are engaged. With clubs and societies catering to diverse interests, there's something for everyone. Participation is highly encouraged, building skillsets, improving time management, fostering collaboration, building self-confidence, enhancing college applications and—most importantly—creating fun! These activities become woven into students' character, awakening talents that might otherwise remain hidden.
Our community thrives on collaboration—between students and teachers, across year groups, among campuses, and between school and home. This collaborative approach extends beyond the classroom into every aspect of school life:
We create an educational experience that is greater than the sum of its parts. When we build together, we truly do great things.
